Up To 25% Off on Selected Items in Our Store

Stoneluxevia is an online destination for decorative items delivered within Hong Kong. These Terms and Conditions establish the ground rules between Stoneluxevia and every person who browses our website, submits an order, receives a delivery, or communicates with us about a purchase.

We have written these terms to explain the transaction from the first click to the final doorstep handover without burying important conditions beneath unnecessary language.

The Boundary of Our Store

Stoneluxevia operates exclusively within Hong Kong. Orders are accepted only when the delivery address is located in Hong Kong.

We do not accept orders requiring delivery to another country or territory. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate Hong Kong address, recipient name, telephone number, and other information reasonably required to fulfill an order.

By submitting an order, you represent that the information supplied is accurate to the ultimate of your knowledge and that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction.

What You See Before You Order

Our product pages are intended to provide useful information about the decorative items offered through Stoneluxevia. Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and other details should be considered together when selecting an item.

Colors and surface appearance may vary slightly when viewed on different screens or under different lighting conditions. Natural or material-based variations may also occur where relevant to a particular decorative piece.

Product availability can change. An item appearing on the website does not mean that unlimited stock is available.

Stoneluxevia seeks to present product information consistently with applicable Hong Kong requirements, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).

When an Order Becomes Part of the Process

Submitting an order sends the purchase information to Stoneluxevia for processing. We may contact the customer when clarification is reasonably necessary concerning an address, item, quantity, or other order information.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where fulfillment cannot reasonably proceed, including circumstances involving unavailable stock, incomplete delivery information, obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected misuse of the website, or an address outside our delivery area.

Customers may also request cancellation before dispatch.

Our dispatch preparation period normally lasts two business days. Once an order has been dispatched, customer-requested cancellation is no longer available.

The Price at the Door Is the Transaction Point

Stoneluxevia operates exclusively through cash on delivery.

No online payment option is available through our website. The entire amount due for the purchased items must be paid in cash when the parcel reaches the specified Hong Kong delivery address.

We do not impose a separate cash-on-delivery charge, shipping charge, or doorstep handling fee.

Customers should ensure that someone is available at the stated address to receive the parcel and make the required cash payment. Repeated inability to receive an order may affect our ability to fulfill subsequent orders associated with the same customer information or address.

Delivery Has a Defined Route

Delivery throughout Hong Kong is free.

Orders normally spend two business days in dispatch preparation. This period is used for internal item review and packaging before the parcel enters local delivery.

After dispatch, delivery ordinarily requires another one to two business days. The usual overall timeframe is therefore three to four business days from order placement.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.

Circumstances outside our direct operations may occasionally affect delivery timing. Severe weather, transport disruption, building access restrictions, recipient unavailability, or incorrect address information are examples of circumstances that can alter the expected timeframe.

When an Item Arrives With a Problem

Stoneluxevia provides a 30-day return request period , beginning on the date the customer receives the item.

A return under our stated return arrangement is available where:

  • the delivered item is damaged;
  • the item is defective; or
  • the customer receives the wrong item.

Our contractual return arrangement does not cover a change of mind, a later change in personal preference, or other reasons outside the circumstances above.

Customers must contact items@stoneluxevia.com within the 30-day period and provide relevant order information. We may request photographs or information reasonably connected with understanding the reported issue.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returning the Piece Without Chasing a Courier

Where a return request is accepted, Stoneluxevia arranges collection from the customer’s doorstep at a mutually suitable date and time.

The returned item must remain in its original condition and packaging and must not have been used or altered. Customers should retain the packaging while a return matter is being considered.

Eligible returns do not attract a collection or restocking fee.

After the returned item reaches us, we normally use one business day to assess it against the reported issue.

The next step may be either a replacement or refund.

A replacement is available only where the relevant item remains in stock. A replacement order follows the same usual fulfillment timeframe applicable to other orders.

How a Cash Purchase Becomes a Bank Refund

Although purchases are paid for in cash, eligible refunds are issued through bank transfer.

Where a refund is due, we will request the necessary bank details through email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and should provide only the details requested for completing the transfer.

Stoneluxevia normally initiates the transfer within one business day after receiving the required bank information.

After initiation, the refund may take approximately 8–10 business days to appear in the recipient account, depending on the processing arrangements of the recipient’s bank.

No restocking, return collection, or similar charge is deducted from an eligible refund.

Your Information Is Not Decorative

Personal information has a functional role in our business.

We may process customer information for purposes including order administration, communication, delivery, returns, refunds, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Personal data is handled subject to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and applicable Data Protection Principles. Our Privacy Policy provides further information about collection, use, retention, disclosure, and applicable access or correction rights.

Bank details requested for an eligible refund are intended to be used for refund administration and associated recordkeeping purposes.

The Website and Its Contents

Unless otherwise stated or lawfully belonging to another party, the text, graphics, page arrangement, product presentation, logos, visual materials, and other original website content made available by Stoneluxevia may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website access is provided for lawful personal use connected with browsing and purchasing our decorative items.

Users must not intentionally interfere with website operation, attempt unsolicted access to restricted areas, introduce harmful code, misuse website functions, impersonate another person, or use our content in a manner that infringes applicable rights.

Links That Leave Our Walls

Our website may occasionally contain links to third-party websites or resources for convenience or functionality.

Third-party websites operate under their own terms and practices. Stoneluxevia does not control their content simply because a link appears on our website.

Users should review the relevant terms and privacy information when interacting with an external website.

Where Responsibility Has Legal Limits

Stoneluxevia does not seek through these Terms to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Any exclusion or limitation stated or applied in connection with our services remains subject to applicable Hong Kong law, including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) where relevant.

Customers remain responsible for following product-specific instructions, using decorative items for their intended household or decorative purpose, and placing items in surroundings reasonably suited to their characteristics.

Electronic Communication Counts Too

Customers may communicate with us electronically, including through email and website-based interactions.

Electronic records and communications may have legal effect in Hong Kong under applicable circumstances. The Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) forms part of Hong Kong’s statutory framework concerning electronic records and transactions.

Customers should retain relevant order communications where they may be needed for later reference.

The Law Behind These Terms

These Terms and Conditions and transactions conducted through Stoneluxevia are governed by the applicable laws of Hong Kong.

Relevant legislation may include the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) , Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) , Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) , Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) , and Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) , as applicable to the particular matter.

These Terms should not be interpreted as excluding, limiting, or replacing rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If one provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent legally possible.
